In a 2-step procedure
1/ Pre-registration (pre-record): you will receive an email confirming your pre-registration.
- Department/Unit: please provide the name of your Institute or Company.
- Please use your professional email for the online pre-registration.
2/ Formal registration (validate your pre-record): from the link provided in the pre-registration email from azur-colloque.fr (object: "AzurColloque DR12...", check spam folder), you will be able to fill in the registration form.
- Methods of payment:
- Personal or institutional credit card :
- If you use your personal credit card, choose invoice in your name
- If you use an institutional credit card, choose invoice in the name of the institution to which the credit card belongs
- CNRS order (only for French institutions): please, use the address of your institution for payment address and NOT your own name
